Evidence indicates that Raqchi was a town of multiple constructions for various purposes, wayranas (buildings having only 3 walls), qolqas (stores), religious water sources, etc. Possibly, it was a very important route and connection to the Collasuyo people, the distribution center of goods between Puno and Cusco.
